Refunds will be made as described below if the buyer submits a valid refund request within five business days of the delivery of the order (or if it was not delivered but the shipping address was entered correctly, within the period specified below). Bodyvit.eu currently does not support product returns. Suppliers are required to respond to refund requests within three business days. If Bodyvit.eu determines that a refund is owed to the buyer, the supplier authorizes Bodyvit.eu to deduct the refund from the supplier’s payment and, if these funds are insufficient, agrees to return all refunds to Bodyvit.eu.
Refunds will only be issued if one or more of the following applies:
- If you want to return the product, you must notify the seller and Bodyvit.eu within 12 days of delivery via the contact form, you can return the goods undamaged (unpacked in the case of nutritional supplements) within 30 calendar days. Send it to the seller’s address. Attach this form to the package. Send us an email with the form and tracking number of the package CONTACT FORM After the package is returned, we will proceed with the financial compensation.
- 1 The buyer entered their shipping address correctly, but the tracking number shows that the product was never delivered and there were no tracking updates related to the tracking number for 12 days after the order was shipped.
- The goods arrive damaged. For a refund, the buyer will be required to provide a photo of the damaged product and its packaging along with a description of the damage.
2.1 If the courier delivers a damaged package, we recommend not accepting it and filling out the complaint protocol with it. The carrier will inform us about the damage and we will send you a new, undamaged package.
- The product differs significantly from what is described on the relevant Bodyvit.eu product page. For a refund, the buyer will be required to indicate which attributes of the product are not as described on the Bodyvit.eu product page.
